Working principle of MAC solenoid valve:
MAC solenoid valve is controlled by electromagnetic effect, mainly
by relay control. MAC solenoid valve can be used with different
circuits to achieve the expected control, and the control accuracy
and flexibility can be guaranteed. MAC solenoid valve has a closed
cavity inside, with through holes opened at different positions,
and the mechanical movement is controlled by controlling the
current on and off of the electromagnet.
Classification of MAC solenoid valve:
Direct-acting solenoid valve: It can work normally under vacuum, negative pressure and zero pressure, but the diameter is generally not more than 25mm.
Step-by-step direct-acting solenoid valve: It is suitable for
situations where the diameter is greater than 25mm.
Pilot solenoid valve: It is suitable for occasions that require
a large thrust.
Selection and use precautions of MAC solenoid valve:
Medium characteristics: Select according to the gaseous, liquid or mixed state of the medium Suitable solenoid valves, such as ZQDF for air, ZQDF-Y for liquid, and ZQDF-2 for steam.
Medium temperature : Different specifications are suitable for
different temperature ranges. Exceeding the range will cause the
coil to burn or the seal to age.
Medium viscosity : Usually below 50cSt, special orders are
required if it exceeds this value.
Pipeline parameters : Select the appropriate diameter and model
according to the medium flow direction, flow rate and valve Kv
value.
Environmental conditions : Consider the highest and lowest
temperature, humidity, vibration and other factors of the
environment to select a suitable solenoid valve.
Power supply conditions : Select AC or DC solenoid valves
according to the type of power supply, and try to use AC220V or
DC24V as much as possible.
