The following points should be noted when using Rexroth pneumatic valves:
Choose the appropriate type: Select the type of overflow valve according to the working characteristics and specific requirements of the hydraulic system. The direct-acting overflow valve has a faster response and is suitable for use as a safety pressure-maintaining valve; the pilot overflow valve has good opening and closing characteristics and is suitable for use as a pressure regulating and constant pressure valve.
Correct installation and maintenance: Ensure that each oil port
of the valve is correctly connected to the system, the external oil
drain port is directly connected to the oil tank, and pay attention
to the sealing of the connection.
Reasonably select specifications: Select the rated pressure and
flow specifications of the overflow valve according to the working
pressure and flow of the system.
Adjust the set pressure: Determine and adjust the set pressure
according to the purpose and function of the overflow valve in the
system, especially for the overflow valve used as a safety valve,
the initial set pressure shall not exceed the maximum pressure of
the hydraulic system.
Proper use and maintenance: When adjusting the pressure, pay
attention to the correct rotation direction to adjust the pressure
regulating mechanism, and tighten the locking nut when the pressure
adjustment is completed; if the system needs to be remotely
pressurized, unloaded or multi-stage pressure controlled through
the remote control port of the pilot relief valve, the screw plug
of the remote control port should be unscrewed to connect to the
control oil circuit.
