Features of the Aventics filter pressure regulator include:
Filtration and pressure regulation function: The filter pressure regulator first filters impurities and particulate matter in the fluid through the filter element, and then controls and adjusts the fluid pressure through the pressure regulator to ensure that the fluid pressure is within the preset range. When the pressure is higher than the set value, the valve core will automatically open to allow the fluid to flow through the opening; when the pressure is lower than the set value, the valve core will automatically close to prevent fluid loss.
Structural features: The Aventics filter pressure regulator is
usually composed of a filter, a pressure control valve and other
parts. The overall structure is compact and suitable for
installation in a vertical position. Its working medium is
compressed air or neutral gas, the medium temperature range is
-10°C to +50°C, and the ambient temperature range is also -10°C to
+50°C.
Performance features: The pressure regulator has a large diameter
corrugated diaphragm to improve pressure sensitivity; metal-metal
diaphragm seal is used to ensure good sealing performance; large
flow design, small pressure drop; optional panel installation, easy
to use and maintain.
Precautions for use:
Environmental requirements: Pneumatic valves should be installed in an ambient temperature range of -25℃ to 60℃, with a relative humidity not exceeding 95%. If installed in open air or high temperature places, waterproof and cooling measures must be taken. In places with vibration sources, keep away from vibration sources or add anti-vibration measures.
Installation requirements: Pneumatic valves should be installed
vertically, and can be tilted in special cases. Before
installation, the pipeline should be cleaned to remove dirt and
welding slag. After installation, the valve should be cleaned again
to ensure that no impurities remain in the valve body. After using
the handwheel mechanism, it should be restored to the original
neutral position.
Operation requirements: Pneumatic valves should be closed
clockwise during operation, and the number of opening and closing
revolutions should not be too many. Large-diameter valves should be
within 200-600 revolutions. In order to facilitate one person's
operation, the maximum opening and closing torque should be 240N-m.
The display panel of the opening and closing degree of the
pneumatic valve should face the ground for direct operation.
Maintenance: In order to allow the production process to continue
in the event of a failure or repair of the pneumatic valve, a
bypass line should be added to the control valve. At the same time,
attention should be paid to whether the installation position of
the control valve meets the requirements of the process.
