Core raw materials for facial tissue production
1. Raw wood pulp: needs to be cooked and bleached at high
temperature (ECF chlorine-free bleaching process) to ensure
whiteness ≥ 85%, fiber length 1.2-2.0mm.
2. Bamboo pulp/straw pulp: needs to be desugared and treated to prevent mildew and long-term storage, suitable for environmentally friendly products.
Functional additives:
1. Moisturizing type: glycerin (accounting for 0.5%-1.5%),
hyaluronic acid.
2. Antibacterial type: nanosilver particles (concentration ≤50ppm), natural plant extracts (such as tea tree oil).
