Hexagonal honeycomb packing comes in two forms: inclined tube and straight tube. There are three types of materials: polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride and fiberglass. Inclined pipes are mainly used for sedimentation and sand removal. They are the most widely used and mature water treatment device in water supply and drainage projects in the past ten years. It has the advantages of wide application range, high treatment effect, and small floor space. It is suitable for water inlet sand removal, domestic water supply sedimentation, sewage sedimentation, oil separation and tailings concentration treatment in general industries.

PVC Honeycomb Fills Feature:

1. Large wetted perimeter and small hydraulic radius.
2. The laminar flow state is good, and the particle sedimentation is not disturbed by turbulent flow.
3. When the length of the inclined pipe is 1 meter, the effective load is designed as 3-5 tons/m2*. Vo is controlled within the range of 2.5-3.0 mm/second, and the effluent water quality is the best.
4. A honeycomb inclined pipe is used at the water inlet. When the pipe length is 2.0-3.0 meters, it can be safely operated and processed in high turbidity with a mud and sand content of 50-100 kg/m2.
5. Using an inclined tube sedimentation tank, its processing capacity is 3-5 times that of the advection sedimentation tank, and 2-3 times that of the accelerated clarifier and pulse clarifier.
