Description1:
The machine is used for insulating or sheathing for LSZH cable.
Featuring a specializes screw for LSZH material. Compression ratio
is strictly controlled to deliver the smoothest extruding process.
Tailored heating and cooling system to ensure the optimal operating
temperature of the machine and user-friendly PLC control panel is
in place for quick adjustment to production configuration and

the specialized screw and the compression ratio is controlled

l Ensure the tensile strength, elongation and surface finish of
LSZH material, the squeezing mould is chosen during insulating and

l The whole line is controlled by PLC with human-machine
interaction interface. Digital control technique and PLC program

The cooling system of the whole line is very important to extrude
