The machine is used for insulating or sheathing for LSZH cable.
Featuring a specializes screw for LSZH material. Compression ratio

the specialized screw and the compression ratio is controlled

l Ensure the tensile strength, elongation and surface finish of
LSZH material, the squeezing mould is chosen during insulating and
the semi-squeezing mould is chosen during sheathing.
l The whole line is controlled by PLC with human-machine
interaction interface. Digital control technique and PLC program
make entire control system dependable and flexible.
The cooling system of the whole line is very important to extrude
LSZH material. So the whole line adopt special heating and cooling
temperature control system.
