High speed centrifugal spray drying machine
Some key features and components of a high-speed centrifugal spray
drying machine include:
Atomization system: It consists of rotating discs, nozzles, or a
combination of both to create a fine mist or spray of the liquid
material.
Drying chamber: This is where the atomized droplets come in contact
with the heated gas stream for rapid evaporation and drying. The
chamber is designed to provide efficient heat and mass transfer.
Hot air or gas generator: It generates the heated gas stream that
enters the drying chamber. The gas is typically heated using
methods such as combustion, electric heating, or steam.
Cyclone separator: After the drying process, the dry powder or
granules are separated from the exhaust gas stream using a cyclone
separator. This ensures that the final product is collected while
the gas is discharged.
Control system: A control panel or system is used to monitor and
adjust various parameters such as inlet temperature, outlet
temperature, feed rate, and airflow. This allows for precise
control of the drying process.
Magnetic levitation high speed atomizer
Traditional atomizers generally use the principle of mechanical
(gear) speed increase to increase the rotation speed. However, due
to the plasticity and yield force of steel, the rotation speed is
always limited to 8000-12000 rpm, so the rotation speed is 2-30000
rpm. , High-power motors with power above 11kw (especially above
100KW) are blank in China and almost zero abroad. In order to meet
the needs of the lithium battery industry, high-power, high-speed
centrifugal spray dryers have become an urgent need.
After years of technology accumulation, we have cooperated with several domestic universities and enterprises to jointly develop "air suspension + high-speed transmission device" in different subjects ranging from materials to machinery and fluid mechanics. Under the premise of this device principle, the permanent magnet and high-pressure air are organically combined to generate strong radial and axial thrust, so that the spindle is completely suspended in the set space, and then the electromagnetic field drives the spindle to rotate, completely changing the traditional The mechanically designed transmission structure enables the spindle to work stably at ultra-high speeds. Designing a large-flow, high-speed centrifugal spray drying unit first requires a high-speed, high-power motor. At present, the motor speed we design is between 2000-35000 rpm.
