Ultrafiltration unit is kind of tubular membrane unit. Typically, it is an external type, through the pump will be pumped into the membrane tube, membrane separation under the pressure drive, the effluent through the membrane into the ultrafiltration tank, and the biochemical liquid back to the biochemical tank to continue to participate in biological treatment. The application of external MBR membrane can make the sludge concentration of the biological treatment section reach 10~40g/ L and save the investment of civil engineering. Activated sludge is separated by ultrafiltration (UF). Particles with particle size greater than 0.03 micron and suspended matter are connected in the system, and the effluent of ultrafiltration is clear. Separate circulating pump to generate large filtration flux, flow rate of 3~5M /s, to avoid membrane tube clogging. The compact and simple structure of ultrafiltration is especially suitable for the treatment of complex wastewater.
