BT-TPF-565 online temperature and pressure flow monitor (temperature and pressure flow integrated machine) is an important measurement of flue gas temperature, pressure and flow rate in the continuous monitoring system of concentration and total emission of gaseous pollutants and particulate matter emitted by atmospheric pollution sources. The equipment uses a real-flow calibrated pitot tube to measure the flow rate of high-temperature gases. The equipment comes with an automatic purging function, which overcomes the shortcomings of traditional pitot tubes that are prone to clogging in humid and dusty flue gas. The basic principle of the Pitot tube is that the gas flowing in the pipe is affected by both static pressure and dynamic pressure. The static pressure is the potential energy of the gas per unit volume, which is expressed as the pressure of the gas acting on the pipe wall in all directions; the dynamic pressure is The kinetic energy per unit volume of gas is the pressure that causes the gas to flow. Since dynamic pressure only acts in the direction of gas flow, the dynamic pressure is positive, and the gas flow rate is proportional to the square root of the gas dynamic pressure. Therefore, the gas flow rate is calculated based on the measured dynamic pressure.
