A wireless pressure transmitter is a device used to measure and transmit pressure data. It transmits pressure signals to the receiving end through wireless communication technology to achieve remote monitoring and data transmission. Compared with traditional wired pressure transmitters, wireless pressure transmitters do not require wiring, are more flexible to install, and are suitable for use in applications where wiring is not easy or mobile devices are used.
Composition of wireless pressure transmitter
1. **Pressure sensor**: Detects the pressure of the measured medium
and converts it into an electrical signal.
2. **Signal processing circuit**: Conditions and amplifies the
electrical signal for transmission.
3. **Wireless communication module**: Transmits the processed
signal wirelessly, such as LoRa, Zigbee, NB-IoT, Wi-Fi or
Bluetooth.
4. **Power system**: Usually powered by batteries, and some use
solar energy or other self-powered methods.
5. **Casing and protection**: In order to adapt to harsh industrial
environments, corrosion-resistant, waterproof and explosion-proof
casings are usually used.

The correct position of the transmitter process pipe depends on the
medium being measured. In order to select a reasonable installation
location, the following points should be considered:
1) Corrosive or overheated media cannot be in direct contact with
the transmitter;
2) Prevent slag from depositing inside the pressure tube;
3) Use the pressure tube as short as possible;
4) The hydraulic height in the two pressure pipes should be balanced;
5) The pressure pipe should be installed in a place with small temperature gradient and fluctuation;
When measuring gas pressure, it is required to install a pressure-inducing pipe connected to the process pipeline within 45° of vertical upward or vertical upward direction. The transmitter should be installed above the side pressure port to allow liquid to be discharged into the process pipeline. When measuring liquid pressure, it is required to install a pressure-inducing pipe connected to the process pipeline in the horizontal direction or within 45° downward in the horizontal direction. The transmitter is installed under the pressure port on the side to allow gas to be discharged into the process pipeline.

The installation process of wireless pressure transmitter is relatively simple and flexible, but in order to ensure its measurement accuracy and communication stability, some installation points need to be paid attention to. The following are the installation steps and precautions for wireless pressure transmitter:
Installation steps
1. **Select the installation location**
- Make sure that the installation location can reflect the actual
measured pressure and avoid dead corners or pipe bends.
- Choose a place without interference and avoid strong
electromagnetic interference sources, such as frequency converters,
radio transmitters, etc.
- Ensure that the signal can be transmitted smoothly to the
receiving end. For long-distance transmission, make sure there are
not too many obstacles.
2. **Connect the measured medium**
- Use a suitable connector to connect the transmitter to the
pressure pipe or pressure interface.
- Make sure that the interface is well sealed to avoid leakage
affecting the measurement accuracy.
- Avoid direct exposure to strong vibration or drastic temperature
changes during installation.
3. **Power supply and wireless communication configuration**
- Check the battery power or external power supply to ensure that
the transmitter has sufficient power supply.
- Configure the wireless communication module and set communication
parameters, such as frequency, ID address, data transmission rate,
etc. Ensure that the communication configuration matches the
receiving end.
- For occasions with explosion-proof requirements, ensure that
explosion-proof batteries or power supplies that meet the standards
are used.
4. **Signal test**
- After the installation is completed, perform a signal test to
confirm that the data can be transmitted to the receiving end
normally.
- Test the measurement accuracy of the pressure transmitter and
calibrate the transmitter to meet the measurement requirements.
5. **Fix the transmitter**
- Use appropriate fixing brackets or flanges to firmly install the
transmitter to avoid looseness.
- If it needs to be installed outdoors, it is best to use a
protective cover to protect the device from natural factors such as
wind and rain.
Precautions
- **Avoid vibration**: If installed in a place with large
vibration, vibration reduction measures should be taken, such as
adding vibration reduction pads.
- **Regular maintenance**: Check the battery power of the device
and replace or charge the battery regularly.
- **Protective measures**: For harsh environments, ensure that the
transmitter has a sufficiently high protection level housing, such
as IP65 or higher waterproof and dustproof level.
- **Lightning protection and grounding**: When installing in areas
with frequent lightning, consider lightning protection measures and
do a good job of grounding.
Installation suggestions for special occasions
- **High or low temperature environment**: Select a transmitter
suitable for the temperature range to avoid damage to the equipment
due to high or low temperature.
- **Explosive environment**: Use explosion-proof wireless pressure
transmitters and ensure compliance with explosion-proof standards
and requirements.
- **Marine or corrosive environment**: Select a transmitter made of
corrosion-resistant materials to extend the service life of the
equipment.

Product maintenance
1. All connections of the intelligent transmitter cannot be
loosened or disassembled at will.
2. The intelligent pressure transmitter needs to be placed and
handled gently to prevent damage to the diaphragm and other
accessories. If it is damaged and needs to be repaired, it should
be returned to our company. When returning, be sure to protect the
diaphragm of the transmitter and do not let it be damaged during
transportation. Pack the entire component in anti-vibration
materials and ship it back to our company.

1. When unpacking, check whether the packaging is intact, and check
whether the model, specifications and order contract of the
transmitter are consistent according to the packing list. Check
