610mm Round Blade Log Saw Knife industrial slitting blade
Slitting round blade is mainly used in slitting machine production
line. With high wear resistance and dimensional precision, the
cutting edge is strictly tested; Using German vacuum quenching
technology, uniform heat treatment, blade hardness in HRC58-65, the
use of CNC processing equipment to ensure accuracy, blade accuracy
of 0.01-0.02MM. The surface is ground by ultra-precision grinding
machine, and is strictly amplified to ensure that the blade
tolerance is within 0.03mm. Used in all kinds of kraft paper,
corrugated paper, rice paper, thermal paper, color spray paper,
decorative base paper, printing base paper, copper foil, aluminum
foil, electrode cutting processing. It has the advantages of neat
and smooth incision, no burr, less blade replacement, long service
life and high cost performance.
