Our advanced Meter Testing System is designed to provide comprehensive testing solutions for a variety of meters, including 1P2W models. It supports the testing of active and reactive power in single-phase meters with closed links between the current and voltage measuring circuits, known as I-P links. The system is equipped with a current output switch, enabling the calibration of 2-element meters when the optional feature is selected.
Each meter position is fitted with RS232 and Ethernet communication ports, facilitating the automatic calibration of electronic meters, an optional enhancement that streamlines the testing process. The system is versatile, capable of measuring mechanical meters, electronic mechanical meters, and electronic meters through automatic, semi-automatic, or manual operations.
Constructed from aluminum alloy, the system is lightweight, robust, and resistant to corrosion. It features an automatic positioning rotor mark for the disc of mechanical meters, increasing testing efficiency. The synchronized swing of the scanning heads simplifies control, while the system offers starting test and creeping test functionalities.
The system is designed to measure different constants of meters synchronously and includes protection functions against overload, short voltage circuit, and open current circuit scenarios. The user-friendly testing software is compatible with Windows 10 and XP operating systems and includes modules for all modern energy meter testing needs, such as error testing, harmonic testing, demand testing, and influence testing.
The data from stored tests can be exported in multiple formats for use with other programs, enhancing the system's utility. The entire system is CE certified, confirming compliance with EU health and safety standards.
