Product Description
Solar cells are a sterling example of diode application in real life environments. Solar cells, also known as photovoltaic cells, directly convert light energy into electricity. This incredible process is possible due to the particular semiconductor properties of the solar cell material.
An ideal diode is a perfect electrical device that allows current to flow unimpeded in one direction while completely blocking it in the other, with no power loss. However, a real diode isn't 100% efficient and has voltage drop, meaning there's small power loss.
An ideal diode is defined by its perfect and instant conduction in the forward bias and zero conduction in the reverse bias. Unlike practical diodes, it does not have any forward voltage drop or reverse recovery time, making it lossless and infinitely fast.

1. This version is the latest optimized version. If the positive
and negative poles are connected reversely, the module will not be
burned, which improves the safety of installation;
2. An ideal diode is a diode with ultra-low internal resistance as
the name implies. The conduction voltage drop of an ordinary diode
is more than 0.6V.
The conduction voltage drop of an ideal diode is almost negligible.
3. The copper foil layer and aluminum base layer of the aluminum
substrate PCB trace are insulated with a withstand voltage of
1000V, so there is no need to worry about breakdown problems.
Thermal conductivity is 20 times faster than FR4 glass fiber and
can be directly attached to large heat sinks.
4. This ideal diode module cannot be used in rectifier circuits!
5. This module is not suitable for modifying dual batteries of
electric vehicles!
