2S 20A BMS Charger (Battery Management System) is a crucial
component in the efficient and safe operation of battery packs.
Designed to monitor the status of batteries, control the process of
charging/discharging the battery, and provide protection against
various electrical faults, the BMS plays a vital role in ensuring
the longevity and reliability of battery systems. The EK-B2S20AM
charge-discharge controller module, offered by Enerkey BMS, is a
versatile solution for managing two 18650 batteries simultaneously.
Equipped with protection against short circuit, overcharge, and
over-discharge, this module offers a reliable and safe platform for
battery management. Its compact design and robust features make it
suitable for a wide range of applications.
One of the key functions of the EK-B2S20AM charge-discharge
controller module is to regulate the power supply for the
batteries, ensuring that the maximum capacity of at least one
battery is not exceeded. This not only safeguards the batteries
from potential damage but also contributes to overall system
efficiency. With a design life of more than 30,000 hours, this BMS
controller promises long-term performance and reliability. The
module features five pins, each serving a specific purpose in the
battery management process. The B+ and B- pins correspond to the
battery positive and negative poles, while the BM pin represents
the mid-point of a battery assembly. The P- and P+ pins are
dedicated to the negative charge/discharge terminal and positive
charge/discharge terminal, respectively, enabling seamless

Wiring precautions:
1. Installing the protective board requires a certain amount of
technical electronic knowledge.
2. When wiring, first connect the B- wire at the soldering pad
position to the total negative terminal of the battery (the B- wire
should be soldered to a short and thick wire) and solder the wired
terminal to the battery pack first, and then insert the protective
plate.
3. The connection between the battery terminal B- and the
protection board terminal B- should be short and thick, otherwise
it will cause the protection board to charge and discharge in
advance and malfunction.
4. You need to use thick wires when wiring P+/P-. Wires that are too thin and too long will burn the board!
