Product Description
The lithium battery intelligent active equalizer is a key device that is widely used in electric vehicles, energy storage systems and other fields that require the use of lithium batteries. Its function is to ensure that each single cell in the lithium battery pack can maintain the same voltage level, thereby improving the performance and life of the lithium battery.
Balance technology: The lithium battery active equalizer detects the voltage difference of each single cell, controls the flow of current, and balances the high-voltage battery to the low-voltage battery through dissipated current, thereby maintaining the voltage of each single cell. This method can avoid overcharging or over-discharging of certain single cells and improve the service life of the entire battery pack.
Battery balancing technology is usually implemented through a battery management system (BMS). The BMS continuously monitors the status of each battery cell in the battery pack and adjusts the charge and discharge strategy as needed to achieve balance between battery cells. There are mainly the following balancing methods:
Passive balancing: By adding resistors or inductors between battery cells, the battery cells with higher state of charge are discharged, while the battery cells with lower state of charge are charged, so as to achieve balance.
Active balancing: Through electronic switches and control circuits, the excess energy in the battery cells with higher state of charge is actively transferred to the battery cells with lower state of charge to achieve balance.
Communication balancing: Battery cells exchange status information through a communication network, and optimize the charging and discharging process through intelligent algorithms to achieve balance.

EK-24S4EB supports cascading use, and at least one battery between
every two equalizers is the "common end of energy exchange". The
