STARFLOW6526 Flow velocity, water level and temperature comprehensive measuring instrument is a set of integrated system, which uses ultrasonic Doppler principle to measure water velocity and water depth in rivers, streams, open channels and large pipelines. The instrument is suitable for measuring relevant parameters in sewage, waste water, clean streams, drinking water, and even sea water.
The flow velocity is measured using the ultrasonic Doppler
principle, which requires the presence of suspended particles or
small bubbles in the water to reflect the ultrasonic meter signals.
The instrument can not work in very pure water without any gas. The
water level is measured by a hydrostatic pressure sensor, and the
power cable has a ventilation function. The atmospheric pressure on
the water surface is used as a hydrostatic pressure sensor to
measure the reference pressure.
