Definition and use

Automatic PAM integrated dosing machine is a kind of equipment that integrates PAM (polyacrylamide) preparation, storage, dosing and other functions in one. It is mainly used in the process of wastewater treatment, by automatically adding PAM agent, to achieve the flocculation, precipitation and purification of wastewater.

Second, the basic composition

Automatic PAM integrated dosing machine usually consists of the following parts:

PAM Pharmacy storage unit: Used to store PAM dry powder or liquid pharmacy.

Preparation unit: PAM reagent is mixed with water to prepare a certain concentration of PAM solution.

Dosing unit: The prepared PAM solution is automatically added to the wastewater treatment system according to the set dosing amount.

Control system: responsible for the overall operation control of the equipment, including PAM dosage, dosage time and other parameters of the setting and adjustment.
