Operating principle
The vehicle can be accessed by lifting or traversing the vehicle

top load plate only does the lifting movement, the ground layer
load plate only does the transverse movement, and the middle layer
load plate can do the lifting movement and the transverse movement.
There is an empty parking space in the middle layer and the ground
layer respectively, and the empty parking space can be changed with
the transverse movement of the vehicle plate. When accessing a
vehicle in a parking space, a lifting channel is formed from below
the parking space to above the empty parking space, so that the
parking space can be freely lifted to the ground, so as to access
the vehicle in the parking space.
