1. Rust removal of steel pipe/piece, the hydraulic lifting
mechanism is used to transport the steel pipe/piece to the
transmission pipe conveying line of the steel pipe shot blasting
cleaning line, and the steel pipe/piece is turned and entered the
shot blasting room. When the internal sensor collects the signal of
the steel pipe/piece, the control system commands the shot gate to
open, and the pellets are thrown against the outer wall of the
steel pipe to remove the rust and impurities attached to the outer
wall of the steel pipe. The steel pipe workpiece enters the output
roller table, and after shot blasting, the outer surface of the
steel pipe workpiece meets the requirements of sa2.5.
2. Polyurethane spraying, the steel pipe travels at a uniform speed
on the rotating tugboat with a certain Angle. The spraying robot
evenly sprays the polyurethane raw materials on the spiral forward
steel pipe in the form of umbrella, mist and uniform mixture, and
the polyurethane raw materials are launched within a certain time
to achieve the compressive strength and design thickness required
by the technical requirements and complete the production of the
spraying insulation layer. Multiple spraying can be performed when
the required thickness is large
