Production Process

1. CNC Punch Stamping: This process ensures uniform, aesthetically pleasing holes with a large area, maintaining hole distance error below 0.15 mm and aperture error under 0.15 mm.

2. Special Heat Treatment: Utilizing nitriding or nitrocarburizing enhances surface hardness and wear resistance, ensuring longevity and reliability.
