Automatic Feeding Machine SUS304 Stainless Steel Circular Part Vibratory Bowl Feeder
1 . Descriptions:
Vibratory bowl feeders can provide a cost-effective alternative to manual labor and optimize production processes. Vibratory bowl feeders are used in a variety of industries including pharmaceutical, medical, food, automotive and consumer products.
Vibratory bowl feeders use vibration to orient and convey parts of
varying shapes and weights, such as screws, nuts, washers, etc.,
increasing productivity and reducing the probability of human
error.
In automated production lines, Vibratory bowl feeders are often
used in conjunction with other production equipment, such as
automatic filling and packaging machines. To further improve
productivity, pick-up mechanisms, cameras and other devices are
added to the vibrating bowl feeder.

3 . Transfer Parts with A Vibratory Bowl Feeder:
A manufacturer of hardware products sent us an inquiry to design a vibratory bowl feeder that would convey nails to a packaging machine. The customer produces many different sizes of nails, and for each size of nails we designed a different size of vibratory bowl feeder to convey the corresponding nails.
The customer wants to adjust the number of nails to be fed into the
packaging machine, so the engineers added a PLC intelligent control
system, when the customer inputs the number of nails on the panel,
the vibrating bowl feeder will convey the corresponding number of
nails.
Vibratory bowl feeder plays an important role in conveying small parts like nails to improve production efficiency and reduce the probability of operational errors.
