This equipment is designed to align disordered plastic bottles, organizing them into a single line before discharging them via a vacuum conveyor. A bottle unscrambler serves as an essential component for high-speed filling machines, ensuring bottles are sequentially fed into the air conveyor through mechanical action to facilitate the automatic operation of the filler.

How It works?

1. The machine is used in sorting disordered Plastic bottles.
2. The disordered bottles are carried into the storing bottle section of the ordering bottle machine.
3. With the help of the pushing force of the rotating disk, the bottles enter their position.
4. The function of the turning bottle device and the air-flow, the bottles are ordered into bottle mouth-up-position and are carried into the next process with the air-transferring type conveying bottle system.
5. This rotary bottle unscrambler machine is specially designed as a complete set for rinser/filler/capper monobloc and with the latest international technology.
6. The bottles are transferred through neck guided air conveyor to the monobloc after unscrambler with fast, high efficiency and sanitation.
7. It is satisfied for high-speed filling request, and also raise the production efficiency of the whole line.

• The main motor speed reducer incorporates a torque limit mechanism to prevent damage to the machine during malfunctions.

• A double-push rowing bottle mechanism ensures that each bottle position is occupied, significantly enhancing bottle output efficiency.
• The bottle handling air conveyor safeguards against bottle drops during transportation.
• Damaged bottles are automatically rejected by the reject mechanism.
• Equipped with a bottle block detector, the machine halts operation and sounds an alarm in case of a bottle blockage.
• A no-bottle detector signals the elevator immediately when the bottle count is low, prompting automatic bottle supply.
• A photoelectric switch on the air conveyor regulates the bottle unscrambling process.
• Oil mouths on the bottle unscramble machine facilitate convenient lubrication of gears, bearings, and cams.
