Because one fermentation cycle usually costs 12 days. You can brew the beer 2 batches per day and do it every other day. Some guys will worry about their long time working time, so we can provide 12 fermentation tanks with 100L working capacity, in this way, you can brew one batch per day which costs about 7-8 hours.
