Description:
The mixing tank reactor is with a simple and widely used design
that consists of a cylindrical vessel with a stirrer, which is for
mixing various process media together. Media include all liquid
types, gases & solids (such as salts, powders, granules etc). A
vertical agitator is positioned inside the reactor which serves the
purpose of facilitating the chemical reaction, often carried out
according to certain and meticulously calculated reaction times and
for which vigorous agitation is required.

1. The heating steam is first introduced into the steam header
through the steam inlet pipe, condenses and releases heat through
the spiral fin tube, and then becomes saturated water and enters
the drain header, and then is continuously discharged through the
drain pipe.
2. The heat transfer element uses bimetallic steel-aluminum
composite spiral fins, the base tube is a steel tube, and the
aluminum fins are rolled and formed by a mold as a whole. They are
closely connected to the base tube, have small contact thermal
resistance, and high heat transfer coefficient.
3. The bimetallic steel-aluminum composite spiral fin tube
maintains a stable low resistance value within a large temperature
range, has good heat transfer stability, and has good resistance to
temperature mutations and vibrations.
4. The inner steel pipe (base pipe) of the steel-aluminum composite
spiral fin tube is protected from corrosion by the outer aluminum
pipe wall, and has better anti-corrosion performance.
