Working Principle
The air purification system utilizes the principle of variable
pressure and temperature adsorption, and adopts the heating
adsorption method to dry, dehumidify and de-CO2 the compressed air.
the structure is of double-tower type, when one adsorbs, the other
regenerates. The working cycle consists of an airflow rising
adsorption of CO2, drying process and an airflow falling
regeneration process. Regeneration, the introduction of a part
(about 6% ~ 10%) has been dried compressed air, through the orifice
plate throttling expansion and pressure reduction, and then into
the heater heating, heated high-temperature gas and then into the
tower will be adsorbed in the desiccant water and CO2 desorption
blowing out. When the regeneration is switched to drying, the water
and CO2 in the compressed air is adsorbed on the desiccant again,
so the cycle of work to achieve the purpose of CO2 removal and
drying.
