Precision microporous filter is suitable for precision liquid
filtration which contains more solids and has requirements for the
dry residue degree of filtrate, and the microporous PE/PA filter
tube with excellent chemical performance can be used for several
times of backblowing or backwashing, which can greatly reduce the
cost of use.
■ Requirements for the water content of the filter residue, to
achieve no residual material filtration, filtrate, liquid residue
recovery together;
■Completely closed filtration, clean production, no environmental
pollution;
PE/PA microporous filtration tube is widely used in the production
of fine chemicals, biopharmaceuticals, food and beverage, etc., and
has a large amount of cake and high dryness requirements for
precision solid-liquid filtration (activated carbon decolorizing
solution, catalyst, ultrafine crystal filtration).
PE/PA microporous filter tubes are made of ultra-high molecular
weight polyethylene powder sintered in a special process, and are
the core filter elements of microporous filters.
It has a filtration precision of up to 0.2 micron;

cost saving;
■Superior chemical resistance, resistant to most solvents below 90
℃, odorless, non-toxic, no odor dissolved;
■ PE temperature resistance ≤ 90 ℃, PA temperature resistance ≤ 110
℃.
