Working Principle
Oil-free lubrication technology: oil-free permanent magnet
compressor adopts special design and material, no need to use
lubricant to lubricate the moving parts of the compressor during
the process of compressing air, such as dry oil-free screw air
compressor, which compresses air through two screw rotors engaging
with each other, and there is no oil lubrication between the
rotors, instead, it is through a special coating or design to
reduce friction.
Permanent magnet motor drive: Equipped with a permanent magnet
synchronous motor, it uses the magnetic field generated by the
permanent magnet to interact with the stator winding current to
drive the compressor's rotor to rotate and realize air compression.
The permanent magnet motor has the advantages of high efficiency,
energy saving and high power density, which can effectively improve
the overall performance of the compressor.
Advantages
Provide pure compressed air: Since no oil is used in the
compression process, it avoids oil mixing into the compressed air,
thus providing 100% oil-free pure compressed air to meet the needs
of industries with high air quality requirements, such as
electronics, food, pharmaceutical, textile, etc., and preventing
the products from being contaminated by oil.
High efficiency and energy saving: permanent magnet motors have
higher efficiency, compared with traditional asynchronous motors,
they can output a larger amount of compressed air under the same
input power, and the energy-saving effect is more significant in
part-load operation, which can effectively reduce the operating
costs of enterprises.
Stable and reliable operation: oil-free lubrication reduces the
potential for failure due to the presence of oil, such as oil
leakage, carbon deposits, oil emulsification and other issues,
while the structure of the permanent magnet motor is relatively
simple, smooth operation, less vibration and noise, reducing the
maintenance workload of the equipment and maintenance costs, and
prolonging the service life of the equipment.
Intelligent control: Usually equipped with advanced control system,
it can realize remote monitoring, automatic operation and fault
diagnosis of the compressor, which improves the management
efficiency and operation reliability of the equipment. For example,
