Plastic granulating Machine can make the waste PE PP recycling into
useful material pellet PE PP. Waste material includes woven bag,
film( rolls, loose, bundled ), agricultural film waste etc. After
recycling process, the material shape is film, bag or flake.
We have many designs according to different material like HDPE ,
LDPE , PE , PP , PPR , PET , PVC , ABS , EPS ,EPE etc. All models
are reasonable in design, easy in operation, convenient in
maintenance with high output and low consumption .
Process flow of Plastic pelletizing machine :
Convey feeder → Extruding machine → Die-head and High speed screen
exchanger → water-ring pelletizing machine (or strand cutting) →
Dewatering machine → Cutting → Air conveying Blower → Storage silo
