GR4 Series
In modern industry, the stable operation of equipment is essential
for production efficiency and product quality. Vibration, as a
common mechanical phenomenon, not only affects the normal operation
of the equipment, but can also lead to premature wear and even
damage to the equipment. Therefore, effective vibration control has
become an indispensable part of industrial production. Among them,
the GR4 series compact wire rope isolator plays an irreplaceable
role in many industrial applications due to its excellent
performance and wide applicability.
The GR4 series isolators are carefully wound from 3.2 mm diameter
wire ropes, a design that not only gives it excellent weight
capacity, but also ensures its stability in a wide range of
environmental conditions. It has a maximum static load of up to 24N
(approx. 2.45 kg), which is sufficient to handle the vibration
control needs of most industrial equipment. In addition, the
compact size of these isolators allows them to be easily integrated
into a wide range of devices, whether it is a single-purpose or
complex system.
The GR4 series of compact wire rope isolators play an important
role in the industrial field due to their excellent performance and
wide applicability. From precision machining to aerospace, from
communication base stations to chemical production, to automotive
manufacturing, the GR4 series isolators can find their application
stage. It not only improves the stability of the equipment,
prolongs the service life of the equipment, but also guarantees the
continuity and safety of production to a large extent. With the
continuous advancement of industrial technology, it is believed
that the GR4 series isolators will play an even more important role
in future industrial applications.

* The material of the mounting splint*
Stainless Steel or Aluminum can be selected
* Surface treatment options for aluminum alloy mounting cleats *
* White Anodizing: The surface treatment to make the aluminum
surface harder than itself. The color of the white anodized
aluminum mounting bars keep the same color as the aluminum itself.
It is the normal surface treatment of the aluminum mounting bars;
* Hard Anodizing: The surface treatment to make the aluminum
mounting bars much more harder than the white anodized way. The
color of the hard anodized aluminum mounting bars is more darker
than the white anodizing way. Special use for complex or special
requirements of the working conditions of the using of wire rope
isolators.
