Heat Treat Alumina Ceramic Tube made by alumina ceramics, also known as corundum ceramics, are a kind of α-A1203 as the main crystal phase. There are different series according to the different content of A1203 and additives. For example, according to the different content of A1203, it can be divided into 75%, 85%, 95%, 99%, etc.; according to the difference of its main crystal phase, it can be divided into mullite porcelain, corundum, mullite porcelain and corundum porcelain; Divided into chrome corundum, titanium corundum and so on.According to the need of customer, it can made different shapes by diffferent main crstal phase and content of alumina.


Among them, 99 alumina ceramic materials are used to make high-temperature crucibles, refractory furnace tubes and special wear resistant materials, such as ceramic bearings, ceramic seals and water valve plates; 95 alumina ceramics are mainly used for corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant parts; 85ceramics can be sealed with metals such as molybdenum, niobium, and tantalum, and some are used as electric vacuum devices, because part of talc is often mixed into it, 85 ceramics are improved the electrical properties and mechanical strength.


Alumina Ceramic is one of the most stable chemical properties and the highest mechanical strength among refractory oxides; Alumina ceramic does not react with most molten metals, only Mg, Ca, Zr and Ti could have a reducing effect on it above a certain temperature; hot Sulfuric acid can dissolve alumina, and hot HCl and HF also have some corrosive effect on it; the vapor pressure and decomposition pressure of alumina ceramics are the smallest.

1.Protective Casing


The protective casing is mainly used for supporting thermocouple/thermal resistance assort. To product the normal operation of thermocouple and thermal resistance, please pre-installed on various devices which are inconvenient disassemble under pressure.


Different materials of protective casing are used to resist and corrosion of temperature measuring elements by different media. The working temperature of corundum casing can reach 1600℃, and the high lead casing can reach 1400℃. The product meet standards:GB2935-1982,JC 508-1994. Can be customized according to user requirements.


2.Crucible Box:


Product Usage:

Crucible box is widely used in coal quality testing, metal smelting, building materials industry, machinery manufacturing, powder metallurgy and other industries, because it the characteristics of fine structure, low thermal conductivity, small thermal expansion coefficient, high dimensional accuracy of finished products, no deformation at high temperature, good thermal shock stability, good electrical properties, and good chemical corrosion resistance. 3. Furnace Tube:


Product Usage:

The usage of furance is as lining for various experimental electric furnaces, mainly to separate the heating element form the substance to be burned, to seal the heating area and to place the substance to be burned. It is formed by advanced technology and then finely fired at 1780 degrees for 8 hours.


The biggest feature is: corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, leakage prevention and good vacuum performance at high temperature. The wall thickness is uniform, the straightness is good, the tolerance is small, and the insulation is high. It is suitable for use between 1650 to1750 degrees.

4.Mullite Ceramics:

Mullite Tube service temperature can reach 1450 degrees, with low mechanical strength and strong thermal shock resistance. It can be used up to 1200℃ in BaCl2 melt. its corrosion resistance to molten metal, combustible gas, metallic oxide and alkali is not good. Normally, it should be installed vertically, when installed horizontally, it should be supported. It is suitable for high temperature ceramics, heat treatment and glass industries.


Mullite saggar has features of no free silicon, no kaolin, no activated alumina, long service life and small thermal expansion coefficient.

5.Mullite Brick

Mullite brick is a high alumina refractory material with mullite (3Al2O3 2SiO2) as the main crystal phase. Generally, the alumina content is between 65% and 75%. Mineral composition of mullite bricks expect mullite, those lower contain of alumina also contain small amount of glass phase and cristobalite, those with higher alumina content also contain a small amount of corundum. It with High refractoriness, temperature above 1790℃, Under load softening start temperature 1600 ~ 1700 ℃. Normal temperature compressive strength is 70~260MPa. The heat shock resistance is good. It mainly used for hot blast stove top, blast furnace shaft and bottom, window top, glass melting furnace regenerator, ceramic sintering kiln, dead angle lining of petroleum cracking system, etc.
