Regularly check the height, cleanliness and temperature of the
hydraulic oil.
It is recommended to replace the hydraulic oil every six months.
Replaced worn seals timely.
The mold should be cleaned and maintained in time, and the surface
should be coated with a thin layer of protective oil.
Carefully handle the temperature sensor of the heating coil, and
store it properly.
Maintenance
1. Pump use NO 68 hydraulic oil, after testing machine
40hours,thenopen oil tank to remove all the oil , filter the dirty
and cleanoil tank,thenfilling clean oil once again, change the oil
every year.
2. Oil seals should change when found leakage after sometimelater,
liftcylinder piston to top limit when change the seals, useroller
supportworking table ,loose bolt between board and working
table,press“closemould” button, fix joint board on lift working
table ,press “openmould”button ,let piston drop to bottom limit,
take out old seals ,put newseals(note: lip down, do not damage it)
then crawl “slowspeed” bottom,cylinder piston raise slowly , keep
seals fit inside completely, andfixboltonce again.
3.To check all joints of electrical system normal, when contact
pointsappear copper black ,use fine sandpaper to remove, fix all
wirescrewtightly after 3 days.

PTFE Rod Line Automatic Feeding Equipment
Vacuum automatic feeding, including compressed air reverse blowing
system, start feeding system, wash hose, suction gun, vacuum
generator, PCB controller,throughput 30-300 kg/h, diameter 150mm
and height 600mm, set automatic feeding time and discharging time,
