This 4.7-inch MIPI TFT TXW470008B0 module comes with a built-in JD9365DA driver IC; It supports MIPI BIT interface and has a power supply voltage (VDD) of 15V. It can operate within a temperature range of -20 ℃ to+70 ℃ and store within a temperature range of -30 ℃ to+80 ℃.
