The very narrow aisle racking system is also called the VNA racking
system, because the forklift handling aisle of the racking system
is relatively narrow, hence the name VNA racking system.
The main body of the VNA racking system is a pallet racking system,
and the action rails of "three-way stacking forklift" are installed
on the bottom of the rack. The guide rails are conventionally made
of unequal angle steel. Material handling forklifts are limited to
dedicated "three-way stacker forklifts". The three-way stacker
forklift slides along the established guide rails.
The stacking channel width of the VNA racking system is slightly
larger than the width of the palletized goods, and the high-density
storage requirements can be fulfilled. At the same time, it
inherits all the advantages of the pallet racking system. All the
materials stored in the VNA racking system have very high
optionality, and the forklift can store any pallet of goods at any
time.

1. Shelf structure
The biggest difference between the VNA racking system and the
ordinary pallet racking in the racking structure is the "rail".
Pallet racks are generally composed of frames, beams and other
accessories; in addition to the accessories of pallet racks, VNA
racking system has one more accessory than pallet racks, that is,
guide rails, which are also the largest structurally. difference.
2. Shelf channel
The aisle is designed according to the size of the warehouse site
and the different details of the goods. The width of the aisle of
the VNA racking system is much smaller than that of the ordinary
pallet rack, generally about 1600-2000mm.
Because the roadway of the VNA racking system is relatively narrow,
the forklifts used are generally three-way forklifts, and the VNA
racking system does not need to reserve the floor space and turning
width required by traditional forklifts.
3. Storage facilities
Each type of storage rack has its own special equipment and
facilities, and the same narrow aisle storage rack is also equipped
with special equipment and facilities. The VNA racking system needs
to be equipped with a dedicated forklift, that is, a three-way
stacker forklift.
4. Warehouse utilization
Because the VNA racking system has a small channel and a high
height, usually more than 10m, it is mostly used in higher
warehouses, so the warehouse utilization rate of the VNA racking
system can reach 50%
5. Guide rail system
After the VNA racking system is installed, a guide rail with a
height of about 200MM is used as the guiding system of the
forklift, which can reduce the damage to the rack caused by the
forklift driver due to human factors.
6. High-density storage
When the VNA racking system stores goods, the three-way stacking
forklift will slide along the prescribed guide rail route. Because
the width of the stacking channel of the racking system will be
larger than the width of the palletized goods, high-density storage
can be easily achieved.
