Description

The production process of carbon steel plates is mainly divided into two processes: steelmaking and rolling. Then, the liquid steel is poured into the continuous casting machine and continuously cast into thicker square billets or round billets. Finally, the square billet or round billet is processed into carbon steel plates of different thicknesses and specifications through hot rolling or cold rolling processes.

1. Low carbon steel

2. Medium carbon steel

3. High carbon steel

4. Ultra-high carbon steel
Ultra-high carbon steel has a carbon content of more than 1.5% and is usually used to make special tools and knives, such as cutting tools, saw blades, abrasives, etc.
