Titanium Heat Exchanger Coils for Swimming Pool PVC Condenser Tubular Heat Exchanger
The heat exchanger is a heat exchange equipment that transfers part of the heat of the hot fluid to the cold fluid, that is, the heat is transferred from the fluid with a higher temperature to the fluid with a lower temperature, so that the fluid temperature reaches the specified index.
The use of titanium as a heat exchanger has the following
advantages:
(1) Titanium specific strength is high, equipment volume and weight
is small;
(2)The corrosion resistance of titanium is good, even water regia is difficult to corrode it, so the tube wall can be designed to be relatively thin, which helps to improve the heat transfer efficiency;
(3) Because of the small infiltration of the liquid on titanium, the condensation method on the surface is droplet condensation. This condensation method makes the heat exchange surface constantly updated and the heat coefficient greatly increased;
(4) Titanium surface is smooth, easy to clean, not easy to produce
dirt. With these advantages of titanium, titanium heat exchangers
have been widely used in many fields of the national economy.
1. Shipbuilding industry
On ships, titanium heat exchangers have been used in evaporation
unit heaters, air conditioning condensers, brine heaters and brine
pre-heaters for distillation units, engine jacket coolers, etc. At
present, China's shipbuilding industry still maintains rapid
development, and the demand for titanium heat exchangers will
maintain stable growth.
2. Ocean engineering
In the field of ocean engineering, countries attach great
importance to the application of titanium heat exchangers and
titanium evaporator devices. According to reports, the amount of
titanium used for drilling in coastal oil and gas fields in Europe
has accounted for 19% of the total amount of titanium used in the
industry.
3. Seawater desalination
Titanium is the preferred material of heat exchanger for seawater
desalination equipment. China has a long coastline and rich sea
water resources, titanium heat exchangers in the domestic prospects
are considerable.
