Product Description
Working principle
The brazed plate heat exchanger consists of a series of embossed
concave and convex stainless steel plates; As shown in the figure
below, two adjacent plates are rotated 180° to form a channel, and
then pure copper or nickel is used as a brazing filler metal in a
vacuum brazing furnace to braze a plate heat exchanger made of
corrugated stainless steel plates. A channel is formed between the
plates, and the distribution of corner holes on the corners makes
the two media alternately flow in the channel. A large number of
contact points provide good mechanical strength. The contact points
and edges are sealed by copper brazing to ensure complete isolation
between the two sides of the media and the outside world.
Heat transfer characteristic
1. Compact structure, easy to install
2. Light weight, only equivalent to 20~30% of the shell and tube
heat exchanger
3. Durable, can withstand high temperature and pressure
4. Low fouling coefficient, high turbulence reduces the fouling
coefficient, thus reducing the number of cleaning
5. High heat transfer efficiency, less water consumption

liquid waste
