Product Description
Horizontal CNC lathe machine flat bed lathe
The headstock has been optimized for turning disc and shaft parts. It can handle straight, curved, metric, and inch threads, as well as multi-threaded operations. It is suitable for processing complex-shaped discs and shafts with high precision requirements.
Both the machine tool guide rail and the sliding saddle guide rail are made of special material hard guide rails. They are extremely hard, wear-resistant, durable, and maintain good machining accuracy after high-frequency quenching.
Features:
(1)The machine can process precisely internal or external diameter,
face, taper, arc and threading with high efficiency.
(2) Standard tool-post is 4-stations, also 6-stations tool-post can be optional selection Spindle speed changed by frequency.
(3)Induction harden bedway. Bed saddle with plastic sticker can
improve the accuracy and service life of the machine.
(4)The spindle is supported by imported precision bearings.
(5)Normally machine is provided with 3jaw chuck. According to
customer’s optional selection, hydraulic chuck or pneumatic chuck
also can be supplied.
