The machine base is designed in a T-shape, providing high rigidity and multiple support points. It includes compound guide rails with load-relief mechanisms and robust roller linear guideways.
The spindle box is fully enclosed, and the Y-axis includes a rotating nut for strokes greater than 2000mm. Each feed axis is powered by high-precision, preloaded double-nut ball screw pairs.
