The heavy duty vertical lathe machine is one of my company's own
developed vertical lathes, belonging to large universal
metal-cutting processing equipment. The product uses advanced CAD
computer-aided design techniques, in accordance with national,
industry-related design and manufacture of acceptance standards.
The heavy duty vertical lathe machines specifics to large electrical motor industry, large pump valve type industries, transportation industry, as well as engineering machinery, defense industries of some large workpieces cylindrical-type parts with diameter less than 4 m, such as the motor shell, the pump valve shell, wheel hub, to conduct turning processes on end face, internal and external cylindrical surface, but also can use vertical tool carrier with spanning degrees (+/-30 degrees) for the internal and external cone turning processing needs.
The vertical lathe machine is designed for turning both inside and outside cylinders and planes, corn surfaces, and grooving. It is suitable for high-speed steel tools working on ferrous metals, nonferrous metals, and some non-metallic materials.

Worktable:
Workbench respectively for the overall casting structure,the use of
high strength and low stress cast iron,grade HT250 aging treatment
has sufficient rigidity, strength and stability.
Beam :
Beam of high-strength cast iron low stress, aging treatment, steady structure deformation, through its rail IF quenching, has sufficient rigidity and strength to ensure the accuracy of machine tools. Above rail unloading device with weight loss, reducing the resistance movement of the tool holder, beams and columns rail contact surface glued PTFE rail wear soft belt with a small friction coefficient, greatly extending the life of the machine. Front beam is placed upright so that beams in the column do vertical movement.
Electrical cabinet:
All electrical components are integrated in the power distribution
cabinet. The electrical components are well-known in China. At the
same time, our company also provides HEIDENHAIN, Siemens, and
Schneide as optional components.
Hydraulic stations:
It includes a table static pressure system, a main drive system, a
beam clamping system, and a vertical turret tamping hydraulic
balance system. The hydraulic device has a pressure protection
function, and it will close automatically if the pressure is not
used properly
