The flying cutter milling body and the swing milling body are installed relative to each other, and the two do not interfere with each other.

The conversion of milling and lettering functions can be realized without disassembling and assembling parts, and no electrical switching is required. The flying cutter mechanism transmits power to the flying cutter milling head spindle through 5-level precision ground gapless gears (the gears are P5-level ground gears, and the tooth surface hardness is HRC52-55), so as to increase the output torque to ensure the smooth milling of large-size threads. Due to the characteristics of high-precision gapless helical gears, stable transmission accuracy, large contact area, strong load-bearing capacity, and no relative displacement. At the same time, the gear surface is ultrasonically quenched to have high tooth surface hardness and wear resistance.

Good lubrication conditions can ensure that the tooth surface is not easy to wear for a long time and the transmission torque is large, which can also ensure the life of the machine tool. Under normal use, the straight line is guaranteed not to wear for 10 years. The rail is guaranteed not to wear for 10 years. The engraving and milling axis adopts an electric spindle (customized by our factory: sufficient rigidity, uniform force, good heat dissipation, high configuration) to be directly installed without excessive connection, and can be arbitrarily engraved on rollers of different materials.
