Deatails:
Pre-heater system:
1.Pre-heater is a heating case composed of stainless steels. Heating elements are arranged within the case and a sensor is placed on the ceiling of the case to detect the temperature in an accurate way.
2.Such pre-heater is to heat rapidly the PCBs coated with rosin and activate the flux to remove the contaminators (oxidized layers, oil stains and so on) on joints, metal surfaces and component leads, thus bringing the flux into full play. This process also evaporates any moisture contained in the flux, remove any volatile solvent and reduce bubbles during soldering. More ever, it can raise the temperature of both PCBs and components to prevent PCBs’ deformation due to sudden temperature rise during soldering and component from being damaged due to too fast temperature rise.
Daily maintenance:
(1) Check regularly if power source voltage is normal or not. Too high voltage may burn the heating elements.
(2) If the temperature of pre-heater is too high due to any abnormalities, the controller system will cut off the pre-heater’s power source automatically and alarm will be activated to protect our temperature controller and heating elements. If the temperatures shown in thermometer fluctuate too violently and can not achieve a stable level, the reason may be that the warning limits are set too small (and accordingly should be re-set to larger values) or the contact-free switches are broken
Q:How can you guarantee your sales’ quality?
A:We guarantees that every set of machines are under rigorous
testing before they are delivered to you, to ensure the excellent
performance of all products.
Q:How is the training?
A:After buying our machines, your engineers can go to our company or it is so easy to operate
the machine according the training video and user manual, the user manual will come with the machine together.
Q: I would like to ask you if it's possible to have my logo on the
product.
We hope you know that our company perfectly support customized logo
service,we’re do this. Besides, it's totally free,so just tell us
your requirements.
Q: Is it hard to use these machines?
A: No, not hard at all. For our previous clients, at most 2 days is enough to learn to operate the machines.
