REACH Certification;What is REACH Certification ?

"Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals; Chemicals Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and restriction." This is the EU's access to their markets for preventive management of all chemicals regulations on June 1, 2007 formally implemented.

EU "on Chemicals Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction" (REACH regulation) was June 1, 2007 began full implementation. REACH is a unified set of chemicals management legislation, involving about 30,000 kinds of chemical substances, and its main contents are as follows:
1, the production or import volume at or more than one ton of all "existing" or "new" chemical substances must be registered
2, to enhance the flow of information through the supply chain in the safety data sheet (SDS)
3, on the part of the registered substances evaluated
4, SVHC (SVHC) use and placed on the market must be licensed
5 of restricted substances will not be accepted
6, established Chemicals Agency (ECHA) to manage the entire system
REACH covers almost all exports to the EU (except food, medicines and pesticides), to deal with REACH regulatory requirements, all aspects of the supply chain are required to undertake corresponding obligations:
1, the chemical supplier: Chemical information transfer, providing SDS
2, raw material suppliers: gather chemical information, transmit chemical information, check if there are SVHC
3, non-EU goods manufacturer: gather chemical information, transmit chemical information, in accordance with the requirements for pre-registration, notice the presence of SVHC
4 brands: as required pre-registration, collection / notice the presence of SVHC, collect SDS preparation, briefing calculation, prove dedication
5 retailers: according to the requirements of pre-registration, collection / notice the presence of SVHC, collect SDS preparation, briefing calculation, prove dedication
According to the EU REACH Regulation 57, high note was off of SVHC is:
1, carcinogenic, mutagenic and reproductive toxicity
2, persistent, bioaccumulative and toxic
3, high durability, high bioaccumulation
4, the material has the same effects (such as endocrine disruptors)
So far, it is listed as a total 53 kinds of SVHC candidate substances
October 2008 ECHA published the first list of 15 substances of high concern,
Announced in January 2010 the second batch of 15 substances of high concern,
Announced in June 2010 the third installment of eight substances of high concern,
December 2010 announced the fourth installment,
June 2011 announced the fifth,
July 20, 2011, ECHA proposed six substances as SVHC included to them, is also expected to soon be listed as the sixth installment.
Member States believe that then there will be more and more substances are included in the list of substances of very high concern (currently 53) in.

Moreover, LCS won many authorized qualifications both domestic and overseas. LCS is recognized as IEC/ISO17025 laboratories accepted by CNAS and NVLAP, accredited by CPSC, CMA, accredited for CQC, ISTA, CBTL, SASO, SABS. Meanwhile LCS become laboratory authorized by TUV, BQTF issued by the SIG. LCS had also signed cooperation agreements with FCC, ISED, ETL, CEC, UL, E-Mark, CETECOM, KTC, SAA Approval and many other authoritative institutions, hence we can provide our clients with efficient and professional service for product test and certification.
