Comprehensive durability test for automobile wipers
Test introduction
The comprehensive durability test for wipers is a test conducted to
evaluate the wiping ability of the windshield of a passenger car in
the expected use environment. According to the function of the
test, the wiper test is divided into wiping frequency test, braking
test and durability test; according to the simulated environment
type, the durability test is divided into simulated rain spray
environment test and simulated spray environment test. During the
test, the installation position and angle of the windshield of the
car are fixed according to the actual situation, and the automatic
wiper power is turned on to truly simulate the state of the car in
the rain and fog environment.
The comprehensive durability test for wipers simulates the rain and
fog climate environment encountered by wipers in the actual vehicle
use environment to determine whether the product can meet the
performance requirements of resisting environmental influences and
determine its reliability of continuous operation. This test is
widely applicable to the front and rear windshields of various
passenger cars such as sedans, MPVs, SUVs, etc., providing a basis
for the performance and quality evaluation of their wipers.
