BP157 Pressure Transmitter
Introduction of pressure transmitter sensor :
BP157 pressure transmitter sensor utilizes the HT series silicon
pressure-resistant isolation membrane oil-filled core as the signal
measuring element. The signal processing circuit is located inside
a stainless steel housing, converting the sensor signal into a
standard output signal. The product has undergone rigorous testing
and aging screening of components, semi-finished products,and
finished products to ensure stable and reliable performance.
Product Features:
1. With high accuracy and stability, the transmitter is able to
work reliably in a wide range of industrial environments.
2. It adopts the piezoresistive measurement principle, and obtains
the pressure value by measuring the change of the resistance of the
silicon wafer.
3. Have a wide measuring range and can be adapted to different
pressure levels.
4. It has a fast response characteristic and can monitor and
feedback pressure changes in real time.
5. Has good linear performance and can provide accurate pressure
measurement results.
6.They are available with a variety of output signal options, such

measured is compatible with the contact parts of the product.
2. When placing an order, please note that explosion-proof type
products do not include digital display heads.
3. When ordering transmitters with an LCD or LED display head, the
power supply for the transmitter should not be lower than 20VDC.
4. To ensure reliable operation of the product, it is recommended
that users install lightning protection devices on-site and ensure
that the product and power supply are reliably grounded.
5. The rated working temperature range of the Fluoro rubber O-ring
is -20ºC to 250ºC. When the product's operating temperature is
below -20ºC, it is necessary to choose an EPDM O-ring seal.
6. The default cable length is 1.5m, available in three materials.
If not specified, it will be supplied with polyethylene cable
material. If you require a different cable material, please specify
it in the order.
7. For special requirements such as strong vibration, instantaneous
impact force, strong electromagnetic or radio frequency
interference, please inform our company and specify them in the
order.
