BPHT24 Pressure Transmitter
Introduction:
BPHT24 4-20mA flush diaphragm pressure sensor transducer is based on piezoresistive effect. Inside, there is a layer of diffused silicon film, when subjected to external pressure, the silicon film will undergo small deformation, thereby changing its resistance value. By measuring the change of the resistance value of the silicon film, the pressure of the measured medium can be accurately calculated. It adopts advanced microcomputer technology and has automatic temperature compensation and linear correction functions. This means that it can automatically compensate the temperature according to changes in the ambient temperature, improving the accuracy of the measurement. At the same time, through the linear correction function, the output signal can be corrected to further improve the accuracy and stability of the measurement.

measured is compatible with the contact parts of the product.
2. When placing an order, please note that explosion-proof type
products do not include digital display heads.
3. When ordering transmitters with an LCD or LED display head, the
power supply for the transmitter should not be lower than 20VDC.
4. To ensure reliable operation of the product, it is recommended
that users install lightning protection devices on-site and ensure
that the product and power supply are reliably grounded.
5. The rated working temperature range of the Fluoro rubber O-ring
is -20ºC to 250ºC. When the product's operating temperature is
below -20ºC, it is necessary to choose an EPDM O-ring seal.
6. The default cable length is 1.5m, available in three materials.
If not specified, it will be supplied with polyethylene cable
material. If you require a different cable material, please specify
it in the order.
7. For special requirements such as strong vibration, instantaneous
impact force, strong electromagnetic or radio frequency
