Product Description:
Wafer cassettes are used to transport and store wafers during
semiconductor manufacturing operations. Also referred to as wafer
carriers, they are designed to house or carry several wafers of the
same size and are available in a range of materials to support
specific applications, such as thermal processing.
For general process, the wafer carrier is used to transfer between
stations. It provides suitable characteristics of polymer composite
material according to customer's needs and can be collocated with
an airtight storage box to protect the wafer.
- ESD material is provided.
- Used for transferring inside the factory.
- Able to be used with an airtight storage box to protect the wafer.
Features:
Designed for advanced wafer transport:
- Optimum performance for automated equipment
- Open sidewall style
- “H” bar equipment interface
- Locating track notches at the center of the 13th pocket
- Pins and holes on the top rail
- Capacity: 25
Material | Degree of temperature resistance | Property | Application |

Applications:
- Semiconductor manufacturing plant: Used for storing and transporting wafers to ensure safety and
stability during the production process.
- Wafer Testing Laboratory: Provide a safe storage environment during wafer testing and
analysis to prevent contamination and damage.
- Packaging factory: In the semiconductor packaging process, wafer cassettes are used
to effectively manage and transport processed wafers.
Support and Services:
- The Wafer Cassette Box is packaged in a sturdy cardboard or plastic
box. The box should be large enough to fit the entire cassette box
with adequate space for packaging materials such as cushioning or
foam. The box should also be labeled with the product name,
shipment date, and shipping address.
- For shipping, the Wafer Cassette Box should be placed in a larger
cardboard box or an appropriate shipping container. The larger box
or container should provide adequate protection for the Wafer
Cassette Box during transit. The box or container should also be
labeled with the product name, shipment date, and shipping address.
- The package should be sealed with either tape or adhesive labels to
prevent tampering or loss of items during shipping. In addition,
the package should be clearly marked "FRAGILE" if it contains
sensitive items.
