The ZAi six-axis pressure washing drone is the industry's first professional wall, glass, and window cleaning machine with a 24-hour power supply. Its special feature is its safety.

Safety is the priority. There is no anxiety about the operating time, it will not affect the pilot's control.

Almost all cleaning drones on the market are equipped with an 80-meter-long water pipe, and the working time is about 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, they need to stop and replace the battery. This may cause low work efficiency, missed cleaning, and some places not being washed. It may also crash into the building due to poor time management and insufficient flight time.

Our second-generation professional cleaning drone can be powered 24 hours a day and work continuously, avoiding this hidden danger. The water pipe has been increased to 150 meters and is equipped with an RTK base station for precise operation. The pilot can wash slowly and carefully clean the building.

Working Principle

A wall cleaning method based on a drone relates to curtain wall cleaning. A curtain wall cleaning drone is used, and the wall cleaning drone is provided with a fuselage, 6 propeller engines, a flight control system, a cleaning liquid circulation device, a cleaning device, and a landing gear. The drone takes off, and the camera collects image information around the drone and transmits it to the flight controller on the ground through the antenna; the image is presented on the display of the flight controller, and the ground operator determines the position and flight attitude of the drone and makes corresponding adjustments through the control buttons, the cleaning device starts to work, the slider reciprocates along the guide rail, the water nozzle on the slider sprays cleaning liquid, and the dirty liquid flows back to the cleaning liquid circulation device; the dirty liquid first passes through the coarse filter, and then flows into the sewage tank, the negative pressure generator forms negative pressure in the sewage tank, and the dirty liquid below the height of the sewage tank is recovered, the dirty liquid stored in the sewage tank is transported to the clean water tank, and the cleaning liquid stored in the clean water tank is transported to the fine filter and sprayed out from the water nozzle to complete the cleaning of the curtain wall.
