Product Description:
Hydraulic Control Valve is a valve automation system that is designed to be used in a variety of hydraulic systems. This device is capable of controlling the pressure of the system with its unique design. It is a reliable and cost-effective solution to any hydraulic pressure control issue. The power consumption of this valve is only 30W, with a holding power of 50VA. It can be installed in any position and can handle a maximum flow of 80 (DC) or 60 (AC) L/min. The ambient temperature range for the valve is –30 To +50 (NBR Seals) °C. Hydraulic Control Valve provides an accurate and reliable control of the pressure and flow of the system, ensuring that the system is running safely and efficiently.
Features:
The Direct operated directional spool valves by RE are designed for high performance. Featuring porting patterns according to DIN 24340 form A, ISO 4401-03-02-05 and NFPA T3.5.1 R2-2002 D03, these valves also have subplates as detailed in RE 45052. They are powered by wet-pin DC or AC voltage solenoids with detachable coil, which can be rotated by 90°. This allows for the coils to be easily changed without having to open the pressure-tight chamber. There are options for both individual or central electrical connections (refer to RE 08010 for more information). Other features include the option of manual override, and for a smoothly switching variant, refer to RE 23183. Lastly, inductive position switches and contactless proximity sensors are available, as per RE 24830.
