1. Project overview

The unassemble formwork reinforced truss floor uses a new type of green board. The bottom board is made of cement and quartz sand as the main materials, with imported natural wood pulp as the main reinforcing fiber. It is made by special formwork pressed under high pressure and steam oxygen at high temperature. Its surface has regular groove texture, which can improve the adhesive strength between the board and the concrete or mortar by more than 50% compared to ordinary flat plates. It effectively solves the problem of detachment caused by poor adhesion between the board and the concrete or mortar and restricts board deformation, thereby solving the problem of cracking of the finish caused by board deformation.

The new green bottom board is fixed to the reinforced truss using special self-tapping screws and the connection base of the automatic screw-locking machine.
